"Looks authentic, but the quality is just okay??"
It does look real, so I’ll give it that, but the quality wasn’t quite what I expected?? It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of average

"Reliable delivery both times"
I’ve ordered from bullion.shop twice now, and compared to a few other places I’ve used, the shipping was definitely on the faster side. Tracking updated like it should, and both packages showed up safely without any hassle. The prices might not always be the absolute lowest, but in terms of reliable delivery, I had a solid experience both times

"Still waiting for a proper response"
I tried reaching out to customer service a few times when I needed help, but I never really got a proper answer. It’s frustrating, especially when money is involved. I wasn’t expecting anything huge, just a quick update or some acknowledgment that someone was looking into it. At this point, I feel like I’m owed an apology for being left hanging...

"Why is this packaging so hard to open?"
I got annoyed trying to open this. The packaging was way too difficult, and I feel like I shouldn’t have to keep explaining that a product should be easy to get into. It took more effort than it should have, and that kind of ruined the experience right away.

"Fair prices, but the premiums still stung a bit"
The prices were fair overall, so I can’t complain too much, but some of the premiums felt higher than they should’ve been. I always seem to end up paying a little extra on the coins I actually want, which is frustrating. Still, it wasn’t a bad deal in the end.
